Local racer and Lasco Ford sponsored Jacob Williamson secured a top 3 finish in the AMA Arenacross series. In his first full year as a professional rider Williamson improved on last year’s 4ht place finish and has secured third place overall in the East Coast Lites Class with one race remaining. The Swartz Creek High School junior and 2009 Amateur Michigan Rider of the Year began racing at the age of 7 and has won the AMA Arenacross Amateur Championship in 2 classes, a National Title at Branson, qualified for Loretta Lynn’s 8 consecutive years and has 15 #1 plates in the Michigan State Championship Series.
Lasco Ford is proud of the strong results and improvement that Jacob achieved during the Arenacross series. We look forward to seeing him race locally over the summer and return to Arenacross next year.
