Holly Athletes Of The Year

Congratulations Brooke Jackman and Zac Felix … our male and female ATHLETE of the YEAR!  Brooke is a four sport varsity athlete and competes in volleyball, basketball, softball and track & field.  Academics are important as well and she maintains a 3.695 gpa. Brooke will play basketball for Alma College while studying Pre-Med.   Zac has amassed 12 varsity letters during his HS career. His sports include soccer, cross country, ski and track & field. In the fall and winter, Zac qualified for the MHSAA state finals…and with how the spring is shaping up, it appears that he might make it a three-peat performance. Zac has maintained a 3.667 gpa and plans to study Mechanical Engineering at Central Michigan University. Being a runner for the Chippewa’s may be in his future…stay tuned.  Congratulations Brooke and Zac … we are very proud of you! You both have well represented our school and community the past four years.
