Marjie’s Gluten Free Pantry is an expansion of Marjie’s practice, Circle of Life Nutrition, LLC.
Marjie is a Holistic Nutritional Counselor who specializes in Chronic Illness with an emphasis on Autism. She expanded her practice 5 years ago with Marjie’s Pantry because many of her clients need to be on a specialty diet such as a gluten free diet or a dairy free diet. They also need to avoid harmful ingredients or chemicals often times found in many processed foods, personal care products, and cleaning products. Marjie’s Pantry is not only free of gluten and dairy but also strives to offer foods that are free from high fructose corn syrup (HFCS), GMO ingredients, artificial sweeteners, and artificial colors. The Pantry has many selections for people who are sensitive to some of the other major allergens such as corn, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and eggs. Also available at the Pantry are personal care and household cleaning products that are not only gluten and dairy free but that are environmentally sound. In addition, the Pantry is a retail food co-op through UNFI (the major supplier to Whole Foods) with weekly deliveries.
A note about Marjie: Marjie decided to earn her Master’s Degree in Holistic Nutrition because she suffered with Hashimoto’s (an autoimmune disease of the thyroid) plus her adult daughter suffered with ADHD. After numerous disappointing doctor visits she felt there must be another way. She has not only improved her health and her daughter’s health but has helped improved many people’s health by using diet, lifestyle, and supportive nutrient interventions. With over 10 years experience in the clinical laboratory as a Medical Technologist she is very well versed in understanding and interpreting laboratory results. Diet is the cornerstone to healing!
