The New Century Chorale (NCC) has released their schedule for 2017-2018 with performances scheduled in the Fenton and Grand Blanc communities. New Century Chorale is an adult choir of more than 50 voices. Members represent communities throughout Genesee and Northern Oakland counties.
Their first concert of the season is Sunday, November 5 at 4 PM at St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church, 9020 South Saginaw Rd, Grand Blanc, MI. It will be a joint concert with the Lakeshore Community Chorus. Under the direction of NCC founder W. Gene Coburn and co-director Nancy Plaintinga. This is a benefit concert for Communities First in Flint. Communities First mission is to build healthy, vibrant communities through economic development, affordable housing, and innovative programming.
On December 9th and 10th, the Chorale presents their annual “Yuletide Festival”. Saturday’s performance is at St. Christopher’s in Grand Blanc, beginning at 7:00 pm. Sunday’s concert at the Fenton United Methodist Church, 119 S Leroy St, begins at 4:00 pm.
In 2018, NCC is performing with the Flint Concert Band on Sunday, February 11th. Their annual Spring concert is Sunday, May 6th. Times and locations to be announced prior to both events.

The New Century Chorale is a 501c3 non-profit charity. They rely on member dues, ticket sales, sponsorships, and donations to sustain their efforts.
