Ford fans are on the edge of their seats waiting for an official release of the 2020 Ford Bronco design. Based on the recent undercover released photo that Ford Motor Company released to the public this March, it might just win over the crowd.
If you look at the teaser image, you get a good idea of the soon to be Bronco shape and it will certainly be a direct competitor to the popular Jeep Wrangler.
We could not help but stop scrolling our mouse when we came across a mock-up that Mo Aoun has put together and posted in a recent gallery. The vision Aoun has brought to the table is that of one serious off-road machine and his design surely keeps a similar shape of what Ford has shown us under a cover. The only items we feel might be a far stretch are the very large off-road tires and light bar.
The Ford Bronco shows all signs of a boxy shape to prove a head on head competition against the Jeep Wrangler. There are many factors that could weigh in on that, one important one being if the 2020 Ford Bronco will have a solid front axle.
Our assumptions as of now are that the 2019 Ford Ranger that is being built in the same plant as the upcoming Bronco will only have a solid rear axle and share the same platform as the Bronco. So does this mean the Bronco will not have a solid front axle? We just do not have any concrete information at this time to confirm if it will or not and that could be one of the most important factors to put it head on to the Wrangler.
So, until we get further information on the 2020 Bronco, enjoy these great renderings and keep dreaming how you would have Bronco designed. We will keep our eyes peeled for the latest news to keep you on the cutting edge of the much anticipated 4×4.
