Forkner continued his domination of the 250cc class walking away with wins in all 3 main motos. It will be interesting to see what happens next week at Atlanta when the West riders join the fray for a combined East-West main. Atlanta marks the halfway point of the season. Forkner’s triple was the first by a single rider in pro competition.

Webb got things sorted out for the 2nd main, capturing the holeshot and leading early. However, Tomac was able to track him down and pass for the top spot. Webb held on for 2nd with Joey Savatgy(17) placing 3rd in what was the highlight of an off night for him. Savatgy went 8-3-11 on the evening, finishing 8th overall.

Main 3 belonged to Webb. He started 5th out of the gate but consistently worked his way into the lead. Tomac was off the course early but fought back for a 6th place finish. Good enough to earn the top spot and the 26 points that go with the win. Blake Baggett(4), by virtue of his holeshot, lead early until he was passed by Justin Barcia(51). They fought it out with Baggett eventually taking 2nd, while Barcia came in 3rd.
