We talked to Jennifer Lasco from Lasco Real Estate Group to see if any tiny houses are popping up in Michigan. Jennifer said “I actually have seen a few projects in Michigan that have utilized shipping containers and also a few that were custom built. It does not appear the demand is high yet here in Michigan but I could see this segment growing.”
