Pink ParTee

The following Thursday, June 6, 2019, The Pink-Par-Tee is attended by Warwick lady members and their friends, this fun-filled, annual golf event celebrates breast cancer survivors and honors those who have lost the fight.

The day begins with a fabulous breakfast buffet, followed by a heartfelt opening ceremony where attendees form a human-ribbon while joining together in song. Pink is everywhere, while 18-holes of fun-filled golf are played. Laughter and tears of joy fill the air as everyone knows their presence today will make a difference.

The day concludes with a celebratory lunch followed by the most moving closing event ever. Song charms your senses, as butterflies are released, taking flight, symbolic of releasing oneself of this terrible disease. A sold-out event each year, Pink Par-Tee golf has raised over $150,000.

How To Get Involved, Make Hope Happen

The Pink Par-Tee would not be possible without the generous support of sponsors. This year’s Title Sponsors, Christy and Doug Walls from Eagle Excavation Inc. and Specialty Sponsor, Jennifer Lasco of the Lasco Real Estate Group encourage you to assist in this worthwhile cause.

Additional sponsorships are available for this year’s event. The Pink-Par-Tee’s “Give” page offers the opportunity for community members to become involved. Those individuals benefited by the work of the charities selected to participate will be forever grateful.

About The Pink Fund

About Anna May’s Hope

Bringing joy to children undergoing cancer treatment is the mission of Anna May’s Hope – providing the gift of a snugly bear coupled with a children’s book. Anna May, born in Harbor Springs, Michigan, lost her battle with cancer at the age of 14. Today her spirit lives on through Anna May’s Hope.

In 2019, 300 bears and books will be donated to U of M Mott Children’s Hospital in Ann Arbor.

Donations of Bears and Books

The bears were made by Saint Luke’s North End Woman at the N.E.W. Life Center in Flint, Michigan. The Center provides a safe environment for survivors of abuse and poverty, giving individuals the access to learn and further their education with the help of our tutoring volunteers, along with teaching basic life skills to those who need it, encouraging them along the way and building their self-esteem, so that one day they become independent.

The books were donated by the Woman of Warwick Hills Golf and Country Club.
