Fenton, MI — July 2nd, 2019
Round 7 of the Lucas Oil Motocross Championship will be contested at RedBud MX this weekend. The annual Circle K National Motocross kicks off Saturday with a full agenda of professional riders competing for the coveted title.
The Lasco Press will be live at the event to bring you reports on the action and follow some local competitors as they race. The event in Southwest Michigan draws big crowds and is a premier stop on the Lucas Oil Motocross circuit every 4th of July.
Matt Klann will be back again this year after failing to make the feature in last year’s RedBud National. From Howell, Matt has been a familiar face on the local tracks around Michigan the last few years.
Redbud offers a high visibility opportunity for sponsorship exposure. Matt is personable and would be a great product spokesman for a local business. Currently, Matt receives help from his parents Greg and Dianne. Tim and Heather at TCD Racing in Clarkston also provide some sponsorship assistance. Contact Matt via email at (firstname.lastname@example.org) to get involved.
Todd DeHoop, another Michigan rider, is competing this weekend in the 125 All-Star Invitational. Todd is a former National Champion in the 125 AMA East Coast MX series.
Of course, fan favorites such as Eli Tomac, Cooper Webb, Justin Barcia, Adam Cianciarulo, and Justin Cooper will be on the track this Saturday battling it out for a win at RedBud.
We will bring you plenty of pictures and race results from the track, next week in the online edition of The Lasco Press. If you want to join us and take in all the action, tickets are still available, order online at https://redbudmx.com/tickets/. General Admission tickets will be on sale Saturday at the gates.
