A billion dollars is a lot of money. That type of investment in a community can bring huge dividends to local residents. NBC25 News is reporting, a yet to be named investor has purchased 140 acres adjacent to I-75 in Grand Blanc Township.
Purchase Finalized for Tech Village
With the purchase agreement finalized, the Township has indicated they will pay for water and sewer to the site if the developer builds a road from Saginaw to Baldwin. Tech Village, as the development is being called, has a site plan showing office and residential buildings, shopping, and a community pool.
