This major weather system is expected to produce rainfall up to 4″ in areas of southeast Michigan with the heaviest area stretching from northern Genesee County down to northern Monroe County.  The exact location of the heaviest rainfall has yet to be determined by the US National Weather Service.

Things could get even more interesting north of I-69 as there is a possibility of winter precipitation.  The office made the statement that there is considerable uncertainty at this time whether the precipitation will change over to freezing rain or snow.  Stay tuned to your local weather office or the Lasco Press as we updated you with any new announcements regarding this weather system.
