Do you know what I am missing this summer? Fair Food! A big fat corn dog, slathered in mustard, an ice-cold soda, and maybe a fruit-topped funnel cake for dessert. Now we are talking. The trouble is where are you going to get such a treat. The pandemic has effectively canceled fairs and festivals throughout Michigan until who knows when.
Great News! Today thru Saturday, July 11th from 11 am to around 8 pm daily Paradise Concessions has their treats trailer set up at Midwest Mercantile on 14305 Fenton Rd. If you are not familiar with the store, they are located across the street from the popular restaurant Sagebrush Cantina.
Paradise Concessions offers a menu of Elephant Ears, Funnel Cakes, Hand-Dipped Homemade Corn Dogs, Deep Fried Oreos, and fresh-squeezed lemonade. Lunch, snack, or dinner you can drive up and indulge. Count us in.
