Last Spring, the Lasco Real Estate Group announced “Giving Back 2020” a community support project to benefit Genesee County Habitat for Humanity. Shortly after the program started so did the pandemic.
Lasco Real Estate Group had pleged to donate $250 for every new listing with their agency, they had set a goal of $3,000 to advance the efforts of Habitat for Humanity in the Fenton area and surrounding communities. But, for the next six weeks Lasco Real Estate Group was closed during Michigan’s quarenteen.
“Real Estate Made Simple” is the Lasco Real Estate Groups slogan, but it also describes the manner in which the agency interacts with their customers. During the lockdown, they communicated with their clients by phone and email. Showed property virtually, prepared new listing for when the market reopened. They never stopped simplyfying the process of listing, locating, and selling properties for their clients.
The community give back program was extended beyond it’s original cutoff date to catch up after the down time. When the agency reopened things were so busy Lasco Real Estate Group doubled their goal and presented a check for $6,250 to Genesee County Habitat for Humanity.
