Fenton, MI — June 1, 2021
It is no longer just cold steel pointing skyward in Downtown Fenton next to the Methodist Church on Leroy Street. The 111 Building is complete, residents are occupying the condos, and thanks to last Monday’s City Council Meeting we have a preview of a new restaurant coming to town.

XOLO is a popular Latin Street Food and Tequila Bar in Flint. Local owners Spencer Ruegsegger and Philip Shaltz applied for and received unanimous approval from the Fenton City Council to transfer a liquor license to one of the street-side storefronts of the new retail shops at the building on 111 S. LeRoy Street.
With a menu of quesadillas, taquitos, nachos, and tacos, all with housemade salsa, the new eatery will feature a full bar with cocktails, beer, and wine service. Check out the XOLO webpage menu to get your mouth watering over these spicy treats.

The new XOLO of Fenton is expected to open this summer, watch for more details on their introduction to Fenton and for hours to be posted. Can’t Wait!!
