Second Round Complete, Third Round Underway Despite Rain at Augusta

Despite rainy conditions, players complete play. Tiger makes the cut.

With a break from Mother Nature, round two of the Masters at Augusta National Golf Club is complete. While the conditions were not ideal, cold and light rain, golfers left on the course when play was suspended Friday afternoon posted second-round scores.

Brooks Koepka’s overnight lead held up as Jon Rahm could only pick up one stroke on his final nine holes with three birdies and two bogies on wet Augusta greens.

Tiger Woods made the cut, despite finishing bogey, bogey on the final two holes. A birdie on the par-five 15th made the difference. Woods was tied for 49th as the cut fell for scores of four over par and above.
