St. Paul’s to Again Host Music in the Heart of the City on October 29th

The popular musical series, Music in the Heart of the City, returns to St. Paul’s Episcopal Church this month with a concert on Sunday, October 29 at 4 PM. The program is called “The Musicians of St. Paul’s.”

The event will feature Concerto in G by Haydn with Holly Richardson on the piano and Edward Arter on the organ.

Also on the program, Romance by C.W. Schumann with Julia Edwards on the cello and vocal solos by Rafeal McDaniel-Walker accompanied by Cheryl Burnside on the piano.

Rafeal McDaniel-Walker

Mr. McDaniel-Walker holds a Bachelor of Science in Vocal Music from Central Michigan University, a degree in Music Education from The University of Michigan, and a Master of Arts in Education and Curriculum from the University of Phoenix. He is currently the Director of Choirs at Lapeer Community Schools.

St. Paul’s Episcopal Church is located at 711 S. Saginaw Street, Flint, MI. Tickets are $12 at the door, $5 for students, MCC and U of M students are free with school ID.
