Kroger fans, hang tight. It looks like your going to get a location for the popular grocery chain right here in Fenton. That’s right. No more driving to Grand Blanc or Howell to shop under the Kroger banner.
While the company has yet to make a formal announcement they are making plans to renovate the Family Farm and Home building at 15100 Silver Parkway in the complex at the Southwest corner of Silver Lake Road and Silver Parkway. Expect to hear more details after approval from the City is granted.

According to the Kroger Website: “Our story began in 1883 when Barney Kroger invested his life savings of $372 to open a single grocery store at 66 Pearl Street in downtown Cincinnati. He had a simple motto: “Be particular. Never sell anything you would not want yourself.”
