There is no guarantee that come Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2026, the snow will be gone, the sun will be shining, and the cold weather will be on the way out. However, if you want to take your sweetie somewhere to celebrate the special day, you can always pretend that it’s spring. Uncle Ray’s Dairyland is reopening for the season.
If you have to, you can turn the heater on high and drive your vehicle over for some of the best ice cream to be found in Michigan. Uncle Ray’s is located at 1462 N Leroy Street in Fenton. In addition to their homemade and hand-scooped selection of fine creamery flavors, you can choose from soft serve, frozen yogurt, real malts and shakes, or an abundant variety of special combinations.
