The NASCAR circuit visits the Coronado Naval Base just outside of San Diego, California this weekend. To promote the Cup Series event a mini-movie was produced by NASCAR + Concept 80 to highlight the first race on an American Naval Base.
The PG-13 rated Sports, Action, and Comedy film is 28 minutes long, and we learn the identities of Whiskey, Hurricane, Hoosier, Twister, Nugget, and Rizz. It is currently streaming on Amazon Prime.
Synopsis
NASCAR drivers arrive at base to help the Navy prepare for the inaugural Anduril 250: Race the Base-but a squadron of elite fighter pilots aren’t about to give up their runway without a fight. What follows is a cinematic, high-octane clash of speed, skill, and pride as drivers and sailors go head-to-head before the drivers are immersed in the world of the U.S. Navy.
Racing on the 3.4 Mile Street Course is scheduled to be broadcast on Prime, Sunday, June 21 at 4 p.m. ET.
