Excitement is building for the 2026 Ally Challenge presented by McLaren, taking place the week of August 24 – 30 at the renowned Warwick Hills Golf and Country Club. Tournament officials have been busy releasing details of the Outdrive Hunger Campaign, the new Million Dollar Shot Contest, Family Fun Night activities, and the Opening Act for the Keith Urban Community Concert.
Third Annual Outdrive Hunger Campaign Details Announced
The Ally Challenge presented by McLaren, has partnered with Kroger for a third consecutive year to welcome back the Outdrive Hunger program. The community-focused campaign is designed to collect needed food items across Southeastern Michigan in conjunction with Kroger’s Zero Hunger│Zero Waste impact plan. All donations benefit community focused organizations offering food insecurity solutions for those in need.
The four-week Outdrive Hunger campaign began Saturday, August 1, and concludes Saturday, August 22. Food and donation collections are available once per week on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at a new designated location each week. Four different charities have been selected to benefit from Outdrive Hunger, a new charity each week.

Patrons who make a donation are eligible to receive a complimentary Sunday ticket to The Ally Challenge presented by McLaren, while supplies last, and a chance to win a $250 Kroger Shoppers Card.

The Million Dollar Shot
Tournament officials announced the details surrounding the newest event at The Ally Challenge presented by McLaren. The Million Dollar Shot gives three lucky fans, joined by celebrity participants and special guests, the opportunity to win $1 million with a hole-in-one on the tournament’s famed 17th hole.
Entries open today, August 5, by visiting https://theallychallenge.com/fan-events/million-dollar-shot, and close on Friday, August 21.
All contestants are eligible to win the prize by recording a hole-in-one on the iconic par 3 at Warwick Hills Golf and Country Club. Each participant receives one attempt.
The Million Dollar Shot will take place on Saturday, August 29 following the completion of round two of The Ally Challenge and kick off a fun-filled evening culminating with the Ally Community Concert featuring two-time Entertainer of the Year Keith Urban and the tournament’s popular drone show.
In related news, the opening act for the Ally Community Concert was announced today. Nashville Yacht Club Band (NYCB) will kick off Saturday’s musical festivities bringing their hard-earned reputation as one of the premier Yacht Rock tribute acts in the country to the Warwick Hills driving range. Family Fun Night Presented by the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation
Back again this year is the Family Fun Night presented by the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation, celebrating 100 years of working in partnership with its hometown of Flint and communities around the world, and the tournament’s fan destinations available at the ninth edition of the official PGA TOUR Champions event.
Family Fun Night presented by the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation is a free, fun-for-the-whole-family event taking place on Thursday, August 27, from 5-7:30 p.m. on Hole No. 17 and in The Ally Challenge Fan Zone. Complimentary parking is located at Grand Blanc High School with courtesy shuttle service provided.
Family Fun Night includes free pizza, courtesy of Cottage Inn Pizza, ice cream thanks to Cops and Robbers Ice Cream, and drinks supplied by Pepsi for youth 17 years and under. Guests will also enjoy music, inflatables obstacle courses, golf stations run by First Tee of Eastern Michigan, a PGA TOUR Champions player appearance, the McLaren Operation Putt, Ally Footgolf and more.

The Ally Challenge is a Regular Season PGA TOUR Champions event in 2026, which will give way to the Charles Schwab Cup Playoffs a season-ending, three-tournament series that concludes with the Charles Schwab Cup Championship in Phoenix, Arizona, used to determine the TOUR’s season-long champion. The 2026 PGA TOUR Champions schedule features 28 events, with players competing for more than $70 million in total prize money, the highest in PGA TOUR Champions’ 46-season history.
